Tapas Acupressure Technique

What is the Tapas Acupressure Technique?

Tapas Acupressure Technique® (TAT®) is a simple and effective means of addressing the sources of stress, which may or may not include a major trauma. Simply touching points of the TAT pose allows the brain to create new neural pathways. This way, it can accept the truth that what happened in the past was valid then and is over now.

Then, when a memory or something similar to the original event happens in the present, the brain no longer reacts as it once did, but appropriately adapts its reaction to the present time and circumstances.

TAT is different than other therapeutic techniques like traditional Talk Therapy or EMDR.
With the Tapas Acupressure Technique you do NOT have to experience the trauma again
or even talk about it at all. It really is that easy!

Why Use TAT?

Picture
Imagine...
How would your life be if you could let go of all the pain and trauma of your past?
What it would be like to resolve that in one session.

Skeptical?  So was I.
But I was so happy to be wrong and to so easily heal all my symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

TAT is a simple, natural way to help the body let go of the stress we carry from difficult or traumatic events in life. If this sounds great, I'd love to hear from you.
